Mr. Rungpol Virochpoka was an EEBA alumni who is now an entrepreneur, CEO and a co-founder.
His background with the EEBA program…
He graduated with second class honors in 2013 and completed his Master’s degree in International Business from Leeds University in United Kingdom, and was awarded with merit.
He chose the program because he was looking for a balance between business administration and economics and EEBA was exactly what he was looking for at the time.
When asked to give a short review of the program, he said, “EEBA was designed especially for aspiring entrepreneurs with focus on very broad perspectives on the business point of view and at the same time its parallel with economics’ fundamental thinking. The program fulfilled thoughts, ideas, knowledge, and experience in the real world business from foreign and experienced professors, therefore, what we gained is not just for our academics but it’s about the real business world and it’s practical.”

His company also produces and manufactures their own products of alcohol sprays and gels. These were donated to the people and essential workers at vaccination centers.
Why a cosmetics and fitness company?
“I started the cosmetics company because the rise of the beauty and cosmetics industry never stops. I wanted to create and run a thriving long-term business with sustainable growth and I believe in cosmetics being a sure possibility for this goal. This also applies to why I chose a health and fitness company.”
“A bit of suggestion to others, find what you are passionate about and once you do, think of it as a long-term and sustainable business plan. Do not just seek the opportunity to plainly gain profit or more money in short.”
What he looks for in the people he hires…
“I do not look for full skill sets and numerous experiences as an owner. I hire people who possess a strong mindset, good logical thinking, a solid standing point and nevertheless, are capable to solve the problem, not bury the problem. Personally, I believe people who have assertive logical thinking are more valuable than those who are filled with experience.”
How did the EEBA program help him in achieving his goals?
According to him, “To achieve a business goal in the real world is not only about you being the best at one thing – it is about your ability to see things through a bigger picture. EEBA was one of the things that helped me build up the solid fundamental skills I have now.”
